Hi, I'm Nina, owner of and personal trainer at Mighty Mouse Athletic Club by Fitness With Nina in Orchards, WA off 117th and 76th.
As a performance enhancement specialist, my focus is on pain free movement (injury recovery and prevention), functional strength, and athleticism; from rehabilitation and postpartum to high performance.
Some of what inspired me to become a personal trainer:
I am a homeschool C-section mom of two. I recovered during postpartum and about 4 months later lost 35lbs and 10" around my waistline in 30 days in 2016.
I placed 2nd in my weight class at a powerlifting meet in May of 2021.
I have recovered from chronic pain from a shoulder dislocation in 2013 and two car accidents (2010 and hit and run head on from a drunk driver in 2017).
Since then I have helped others recover postpartum, stay active during pregnancy, recover from chronic pain (for various reasons), increase strength and lean muscle mass, lose weight, and become more athletic and gain functional strength.
I truly love what I do! I offer 1:1, partner training, small group, transformation challenges, and youth programs.

Training Options
In Person 1:1 or 1:2
For clients who want 1:1 attention to detail or to have a friend or family member join them for a fun and effective workout each session. My training approach is functional strength training adapted to help you achieve your fitness goals in a healthy and sustainable way, and prepare for competition if desired. There is the option to train one-on-one or with a friend in person. *appointment required
30, 60, or 90 minute options available - starting at $50/session - varies upon training frequency and length.
8 Week Personal Transformation
The 8 week personal transformation is 8 weeks of training 1:1 3x/week, 60min sessions for 25% off. Great for starting practice or advancing a skill, weight loss, pain relief, strength increases, or injury recovery. To learn more, check out the Transformation page.
Personalized Small Group Fitness
These group sessions are limited to 3 participants at a time to ensure quality attention and personal adaptations. Great for personalized attention to form and needs, with the community of working toward fitness goals together. Athletic training (functional), circuit training, restorative exercise, and HIIT options currently available.
Personalized Plans and Coaching
These plans are tailored to your specific needs, goals, challenges, and available equipment. It is put together after we meet either virtually or in person for a consultation and movement assessment and is built based on your level, needs, and goals.
