Here at Fitness With Nina, you can achieve your health and fitness goals through personalized training in a private boutique gym, small group training, online coaching and programming, or a combination of any above. I am committed to helping my clients overcome obstacles of a busy lifestyle to reach their health and fitness goals. My programs and training help alleviate and prevent pain while working towards your health and fitness goals.

By specializing in performance enhancement and having experience with injury prevention and recovery, post partum, and strength and conditioning I provide my clients with the tools and knowledge to help them succeed in:

In my personal experiences and working in health and fitness, I have learned that staying consistent, working hard, knowing when to rest, and being dedicated can get you where you want to be. By building a healthy relationship with fitness and food I have:

  • Lost weight and body fat (10” around my waist and 30lbs in 30 days, and maintaining after)

  • Gained strength (placed 2nd in my weight class at a powerlifting meet)

  • Gained lean muscle mass and functionality

  • Increased my confidence (in abilities and superficial)

  • Decreased the pain I felt from from arthritis significantly

Training Options

In Person 1:1 or 1:2

For clients who want 1:1 attention to detail or to have a friend or family member join them for a fun and effective workout each session. My training approach is functional strength training adapted to help you achieve your fitness goals. There is the option to train one-on-one or with a friend in person. *appointment required

30 Day Challenges

The 30 day challenges are a hybrid (part in person part at home) small group personal goal kickstart. Great for starting practice or advancing a skill, quick weight loss (with instruction on how to go into maintenance or a more sustainable loss after), pain relief, strength increases, or injury recovery. Personalized Small Group Fitness

These group sessions are limited to 3 participants at a time to ensure quality attention from the trainer. Great for personalized attention to form and needs. Provides a more cost-effective approach to fitness training, with the community of working toward fitness goals together. Athletic training (functional), circuit training, and HIIT options currently available.

Personalized Plans and Coaching

These plans are tailored to your specific needs, goals, challenges, and available equipment. It is put together after we meet either virtually or in person for a consultation and movement assessment and is built based on your level, needs, and goals.
