  • My injury prevention protocol helps clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective way. This involves:

    • Keeping my clients joints moving properly in a healthy range of motion with and without external resistance

    • Full joint range of motion

    • Partial joint range of motion (tracking)

    For injury recovery, I work closely with each client to assess movement patterns and compensations caused by the injury(ies) and develop a customized and progressive plan that helps:
