Personalized Small Group Fitness

Small group training is a great way to get coaching from a trainer and get a group setting without it being an overwhelming class size. 30 and 50 min options available.

Benefits of small group training:

  • Attention to detail and form for safe and effective exercise

  • Individualized adjustments, progressions and regressions in each exercise

  • Meet others with similar fitness goals

  • Build community

  • Learn good technique and form for optimal muscle activation

  • Have fun and make progress on your fitness journey!

This differs from the larger classes because I can pay close attention to each participant and adapt as we go. The warm-up is a movement preparation that can be adapted to individual needs. It is similar in that there is a basic flow we will follow during the class: typically a relevant warm-up, main focus of exercise type, and a cooldown.

    • Fun way to get your heartrate up and work up a sweat

    • Build endurance and/or lose weight

    • Variety of strength exercises in a full body circuit style to help build muscle and burn bodyfat

    • Individual coaching cues throughout the session

    • Limit 3 participants at a time to ensure quality coaching and adaptability to meet your goals.

    • Improve overall body mechanics for pain-free play

    • Increase speed and agility

    • Practice plyometrics, and improve reaction times and mobility with strength

    • This can apply to sport-specific goals, daily activities, or everyday play with the family

    • Limit 3 participants at a time to ensure quality coaching and adaptability to meet your goals

    • Half hour HIIT style circuit

    • The first 5-10 minutes is movement prep - we will work on mobility through loaded (or unloaded) range of motion functional exercises

    • Then we do a HIIT workout using bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, or kettlebells and a short cooldown

    • Max 3 participants

    • Generate a little heat in your muscles through active, restorative movement in 30 minutes

    • Expect to leave the class feeling refreshed and challenged, ready to take on your day!

    • Great for if you're sore, experience aches and pains, have tension (including headaches), or just want to wake up some muscles through functional movement!
