Personalized Small Group Fitness
Small group training is a great way to get coaching from a trainer and get a group setting without it being an overwhelming class size. Hour and half hour options available.

This differs from the larger classes because I can pay close attention to each participant and adapt as we go. The warm-up is a movement preparation that can be adapted to individual needs. It is similar in that there is a basic flow we will follow during the class: typically a relevant warm-up, main focus of exercise type, and a cooldown.
