Hi, I’m Nina — a certified personal trainer, performance enhancement specialist, and proud owner of Mighty Mouse Athletic Club in Orchards, WA.

Why I Do This

As a homeschool mom of two C-section babies, I’ve walked the path many of my clients are on. After my own postpartum struggles, I lost 35lbs and 10 inches off my waist — but more importantly, I regained my confidence. Fitness became my lifeline through chronic pain (hello, car accidents and a hit-and-run) and setbacks. When I took 2nd place in a powerlifting meet in 2021, it wasn’t just about the medal — it was proof that bodies heal, adapt, and thrive with the right guidance.
