Youth Athletics

8 week blocks

  • A positive, uplifting, and supportive environment for children to make friends while boosting skills and self esteem!

    • Age groups are 8-12 years old (50min classes) and 4-7 years old (30min classes) *more to come

    • Learn new skills to boost confidence

    • Make friends - build community

    • Peer boosted, they get to learn with and from each other

    • Appropriately challenging to each with adaptations to movements as needed

    • Small class sizes - 4 max - less distracting

  • This program is for athletes 8-12 years old who play recreational or competitive sports who want to

    • Prevent injuries

    • Recover from injuries or surgeries

    • Prepare for the competitive season or middle school level of play

    • Increase speed and agility

    • Improve in their sports performance (exercises selected based on their main sport if they have one)

    • Increase stability and endurance

    • Build overall athletic abilities for safe and fun play

    Limited to 6 participants/class *Due to age, parents are required to stay on site

  • This program is for gymnasts 8-12 years old who play recreationally or competitively who want to

    • Strengthen all range of motion (hypermobility is prominent in gymnasts) and supportive muscles

    • Prevent injuries

    • Recover from injuries or surgeries

    • Prepare for the demands of their competitive season

    • Increase strength and stability (they have tons of power and speed) for more controlled movement

    • Improve their performance

    • Build athletic strength for safe and fun participation

  • This program is for basketball players 8-12 years old who play recreationally or competitively who want to

    • Strengthen full range of motion and supportive muscles

    • Prevent injuries

    • Recover from injuries or surgeries

    • Prepare for the demands of their sport

    • Increase strength and stability for more power with proper alignment during their agile play demands

    • Improve their performance

    • Build athletic strength for safe and fun participation
