Recover from injuries or surgeries
Prepare for the competitive season or middle school level of play
Increase speed and agility
Improve in their sports performance (exercises selected based on their main sport if they have one)
Increase stability and endurance
Build overall athletic abilities for safe and fun play
Limited to 4 participants/class *Due to age, parents are required to stay on site
