Age groups are 8-12 years old (50min classes) and 4-7 years old (30min classes) *more to come
Learn new skills to boost confidence
Make friends - build community
Peer boosted, they get to learn with and from each other
Appropriately challenging to each with adaptations to movements as needed
Small class sizes - 4 max - less distracting

This program is for athletes 8-12 years old who play recreational or competitive sports who want to
Prevent injuries
Recover from injuries or surgeries
Prepare for the competitive season or middle school level of play
Increase speed and agility
Improve in their sports performance (exercises selected based on their main sport if they have one)
Increase stability and endurance
Build overall athletic abilities for safe and fun play

This program is for gymnasts 8-12 years old who play recreationally or competitively who want to
Strengthen all range of motion (hypermobility is prominent in gymnasts) and supportive muscles
Prevent injuries
Recover from injuries or surgeries
Prepare for the demands of their competitive season
Increase strength and stability (they have tons of power and speed) for more controlled movement
Improve their performance
Build athletic strength for safe and fun participation

Strengthen full range of motion and supportive muscles
Prevent injuries

Prepare for the demands of their sport
Increase strength and stability for more power with proper alignment during their agile play demands
Improve their performance
Build athletic strength for safe and fun participation
